HUMVEE Driver's Hubcap Belt

I was given this idea by my friend Sarah. She thought a belt/skirt made up of hubcaps and car emblems would be cool, and here it is. I bought the pieces from a junkyard for next to nothing. I spray painted an old mesh laundry bag black and then cut a piece of it to fit over the belt. Then I just bolted or otherwise afixed the emblems to it.
