Paperweight Interceptor
Info on the Interceptor paperweight thanks to Steven Curry and Doomsday74.
The paperweight is made by Cavalier productions, the same company also made the 1976 V8 Interceptor model listed on the Black on Black section of the website. There's not much more to add to the description apart from that they were a very limited run, but do pop up on Ebay from time to time. The piece is very heavy and the base is lined with green felt to prevent damage to surfaces that it would be placed onto. It is cast from hand finished bronze. Cavalier productions also released a paperweight made from black resin that is identical to the bronze version, only black. It does however have a silver blower, side pipes, door locks and some detail on the lights, wheels, tires, and model base. Not as heavy as the bronze model, but still looks nice. Also with a felt base, but this time the felt is black.
The paperweights are 1/24th scale. Here are the pictures I have of them:
